Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering and have significant experience in production management, particularly in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production management within industrial or chemical processing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of synthetic graphite manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in plant commissioning and ramp-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee raw material unloading, storage, and inventory control.
• Enforce strict safety standards for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain rigorous quality checks for incoming materials.
• Lead and develop operators and process engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material flow.
• Participate in commissioning and ramp-up activities.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams.
