This position reports to: Product Management Manager - ELIP Commercial

Your role and responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Product Management Manager as part of the Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) group, working with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Understanding market requirements and translating them into offering specifications and development activities.
• Supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability activities across the product lifecycle.
• Performing Product Management activities to support launch, maintenance, and profitability of Industrial Products in ELIP Canada.
• Contributing to the Electrification, Installation Products division in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office).

Key activities include:

• Market analysis, portfolio management, new portfolio development, and supporting marketing programs.
• Driving technical solutions, supporting product launches, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Developing product training, supporting pricing analysis, and contributing to marketing tools.
• Proposing product improvements and representing the Product Management function in reviews.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Technology (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or BSc in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• 5+ years B2B and industry experience.
• Fluent in English and French; French is required.
• Project management skills; PE certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ANSI, IEEE, NEC, etc.) and experience in market analysis and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills; self-motivated and curious.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and visit customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.
