Job Description

The Advanced Customer Support team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a senior-level consultant, ideally with expertise in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Manufacturing vertical markets. This is a direct-hire position that can be home-office based in most major US and Canadian cities and requires moderate travel.

Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued Customers. Specifically, the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a cloud-based, annual recurring revenue (ARR) subscription service that delivers functional and technical ERP sustainment to drive continuous improvement and value. With over one thousand Customers under management and ongoing enrollment of new Customers, we are expanding our team in North America to meet demand. As part of the Advanced Customer Support Architect Team, this role provides technology leadership, oversight, and guidance throughout the full lifecycle implementation of large-scale NetSuite solutions, including services to ensure successful pre- and post-go-live support, focusing on stability, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Participate in identifying and documenting customer NetSuite requirements using our proprietary methodology.
  2. Drive the approach to remediate gaps and build consensus with the Customer.
  3. Make strategic design decisions while developing solution and architectural recommendations.
  4. Work with customers to address high-priority challenges.
  5. Lead customers and partners in the appropriate use of NetSuite best practices, ensuring these are incorporated into designs for standard and customized features.
  6. Architect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration, integration, and technical components, in collaboration with our Technical Services team.
  7. Develop subject-matter expertise and thought leadership, working with the Product organization to ensure new features and capabilities are understood and adopted.
  8. Define detailed functional requirements for automations, integrations, and data migrations.
  9. Collaborate with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
  10. Perform quality reviews of deliverables produced by team members.
  11. Continuously enhance product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
