Whareroa is one of our largest sites. Along with a 7‑hectare distribution centre and over 1,000 employees, our site boasts a total of 11 plants which includes four milk powder plants, two cheese plants, a cream plant, a anhydrous milk fat plant plus a whey protein and casein plant. We have the capability to process an impressive 12 million litres of milk per day in peak season.

Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity

As a Product Resolution Coordinator, you will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to being the world’s most trusted source of dairy nutrition. This position involves the completion of a wide range of administrative tasks essential to our operations.

On a daily basis, you will review products to ensure they meet our rigorous manufacturing specifications, making informed decisions about their readiness for release. You will be responsible for releasing product and accurately entering product data into our systems in a timely manner. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will generate detailed reports and assist with troubleshooting technical or system‑related product issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with keen attention to detail, are essential as you collaborate with our Factories, Laboratory, Product Technical, and Site Management teams. You must be comfortable working under tight deadlines and display agility in prioritising tasks as required. Maintaining accurate and complete documentation before product release is paramount. As a proactive team member with a ‘can‑do’ attitude, you will deliver high‑quality service, support your colleagues, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Location for this role is flexible and can be based from our Whareroa and Clandeboye manufacturing sites or within the Waikato region.

To excel in this pivotal role, you will possess exceptional attention to detail and a proven background in administration within a manufacturing or related environment. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with resilience, will enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders across the site. Your highly organised and diligent approach will ensure the precise and timely distribution of all relevant documentation. Experience within the dairy sector, inventory management, or laboratory settings is advantageous.

Other Key Skills And Experience We Look For Include

  • Advanced computer literacy (particularly in the MS Office Suite; experience with SAP is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analytics (preferred)
  • Experience working in strongly process‑driven environments
