Product Marketing Manager

Remote (Canada-based, East Coast preferred)

What You’ll Do

  • Own go-to-market strategy for features like Reklaim Protect, Reklaim Invest, and Reklaim Rewards
  • Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with real users, not just B2B buyers.
  • Turn complex privacy features into clear, compelling stories across email, social, web, and in-app.
  • Lead user research and competitive insights to guide product direction.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and the CEO to ensure market fit and narrative alignment.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user activation and retention.
  • Track industry trends to keep Reklaim ahead of the curve in consumer privacy and data ownership.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience in a consumer tech or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Intercom, Mixpanel, Segment, or Amplitude.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional writing chops—you can make a privacy update sound like a product launch.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to shape and test your messaging.
  • Passion for consumer rights, transparency, and ethical tech.
