About the role:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will design and deliver performance marketing tactics and optimize conversion funnels for our financial product marketplace (credit cards, bank accounts, etc.). You will leverage data, insights, and experimentation to connect our 3+ million members with suitable products through emails, push notifications, and in-app content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Borrowell’s omni-channel performance marketing for our financial marketplace, including segmentation, contact strategy, funnel optimization, execution, and reporting.
  • Conduct experiments to test new approaches and optimize campaigns.
  • Design and implement retargeting, cross-sell, and down-sell campaigns to nurture intent and improve conversions.
  • Influence overall lifecycle marketing strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • 3+ years experience in email management, testing, deployment, user segmentation, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong background in content personalization using dynamic scripting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and CDPs (e.g., Blueshift, Hightouch, mParticle).
  • Experience managing campaigns and email automations/journeys.
  • Data-driven with ability to design logic for journeys/emails and analyze results to make recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Proficient in running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.

Nice to Haves:

  • Basic SQL knowledge for audience segmentation.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
  • HTML/CSS skills.
  • French language skills.
