We’re looking for a hands-on designer and marketer who can plan and execute high-impact campaigns across two fast-moving brands. You’ll bring strategy to life through intentional design, sharp execution, and close collaboration with leadership across Aucctus and Disruptive Edge.

About This Role

We’re looking for a savvy, hands-on designer and marketer to help both companies show up with creativity, consistency, and impact.

You’ll own and drive marketing execution across brands – planning campaigns, designing assets, maintaining our marketing calendars, and ensuring both Disruptive Edge and Aucctus show up intentionally across platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership and design teams of both organizations, gaining access to a deep bench of creative thinkers, strategic operators, and high-performing marketers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll move fast, work autonomously, and have a huge impact on two powerful brands at the leading edge of innovation.

We’re starting with fractional support (15–20 hours/week) – but for the right person, this can grow into a full-time, high-impact role.

What You'll Do
  1. Own the Brand Presence Across Two Companies: Drive the marketing calendars and brand storytelling for both Disruptive Edge and Aucctus.
  2. Design and Execute Campaigns: Create marketing assets that aren’t just visually stunning, but also move the needle – across web, email, events, paid ads, and social.
  3. Plan With Intention: Partner with leadership to prioritize marketing efforts that align with company milestones, growth goals, and product launches.
  4. Collaborate Deeply: Leverage the expertise of both the Aucctus and Disruptive Edge leadership and design teams to build a stronger, more consistent brand voice.
  5. Work End-to-End: Strategize, design, write light copy, and hit publish – you’re in control of the full marketing cycle.
  6. Use AI to Accelerate: Integrate AI tools into your workflows for creative production, research, and campaign management.
  7. Iterate and Improve: Track, learn, and refine marketing efforts based on performance and feedback.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You’re an experienced visual designer and scrappy marketer who loves to build brands from the ground up.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing design, brand building, or creative marketing (B2B SaaS, consulting or innovation firms are a plus).
  • Your portfolio shows not just beautiful visuals, but real-world marketing impact.
  • You’re comfortable working across two fast-moving organizations, prioritizing work fluidly and managing multiple brand voices.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in environments with a lot of autonomy.
  • You’re fluent in AI tools and can show us how you’re using them to boost creativity and efficiency today.
  • You have strong fundamentals in design tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop – and you’re fast, detailed, and versatile.
  • You understand how to market to business leaders, and can elevate brand storytelling to match premium audiences.
  • Bonus: You’ve maintained or built brand guidelines across multiple platforms.
  • Bonus: You have experience with motion design or web animation.
  • Bonus: You love the messy, high-velocity energy of early-stage brand building.

Working Conditions
  • This is a fully remote role. That said, we love working together in person, and you’ll be welcome to join us at our high-energy office in downtown Toronto on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Must have legal eligibility to work in Canada, or be comfortable with a contractor relationship in lieu of employment status.
