Position Summary

Zamplia is a cutting-edge SaaS platform transforming market research by connecting buyers and sellers of sample with unmatched transparency, automation, and real-time access to global respondents. As we scale, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts—bringing in high-quality panelists and targeted new clients through data-driven advertising strategies.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media efforts across platforms. You’ll focus on two key growth levers: recruiting new panelists and acquiring qualified B2B leads. This role blends tactical ad buying with strategic thinking and data analysis to maximize ROI and fuel Zamplia’s growth on both the supply and demand side.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic platforms.
  • Design and manage campaigns to recruit panelists and attract high-intent B2B buyers.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align paid acquisition with broader business goals.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and channel mix to maximize cost-effective growth.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to recommend new channels and tactics.
  • Support cross-channel marketing efforts such as email, SEO, and retargeting when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or media buying.
  • Proven success running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Experience managing full-funnel strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, lead generation, and recruitment funnels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and iterate quickly.
