As Othership's Marketing Manager, you'll support our digital customer journey, from email campaigns to event follow-ups, ensuring our emotional wellness mission reaches those who need it most. Your keen eye for design and data-driven approach help transform Othership's vision into tangible experiences that inspire connection in an increasingly disconnected world.
Othership is creating space for emotional wellness through immersive sauna and ice bath experiences.

You're a digital native who understands how to craft compelling narratives across various marketing channels, especially email and internal communications.
You're obsessively organized - you thrive on creating systems, maintaining calendars, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks, from email deployment schedules to event follow-up sequences. You are a Notion expert.
You're design-oriented with exceptional Canva skills and an eye for aesthetics that align with brand guidelines.
You're systems-focused - you can master marketing platforms like Brandbot, set up automation workflows, and leverage AI tools to optimize marketing efforts.
You're data-driven - you're comfortable collecting, analyzing, and translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
You’re personable and have a passion for wellness and authentic community building, with a keen interest in how digital communications can foster real-world connections. You’re not afraid to jump on calls, meet partners in the space at events or do cold outbound reach outs.
You're detail-obsessed - from spotting typos to ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, your attention to the smallest elements ensures flawless execution.
Email Marketing Execution: Own the email marketing calendar, writing and designing bi-weekly newsletters and event communications that drive engagement and conversions. Master Brandbot to create, edit, and optimize email templates and campaigns.
Marketing Initiatives: support with rollout of rewards program initiatives, member perks program and copilot (influencer) perks programs.
Internal Communications: Serve as the central communication hub between headquarters and In-ship teams, ensuring consistent messaging, timely updates, and alignment across all locations.
Event Support: Create and manage pre and post-event email sequences for both free and paid events. Design data collection systems, implement Zapier workflows, and synthesize feedback using AI tools to provide actionable insights to the team.
Design Production: Utilize Canva to produce on-brand marketing materials across various channels that maintain visual consistency and adhere to Othership's established brand guidelines. Support with photoshoots and asset creation via social playgrounds.
Data Management: Collect, organiz e, and maintain marketing data, ensuring accurate reporting and accessible information f or decision-making across teams.

Projects will not be defined perfectly initially. You'll be expected to bring your own experience and perspective to help us do the right things, and raise flags if you think we should do things differently.
We have less structured training than you would get at a more established firm.
We don't have an office. Work is done remote or collaboratively at team homes.
Need-to-Haves:
3+ years of exp erience in digital marketing with emphasis on email marketing and internal communications
Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
Expert-level proficiency with Canva and email marketing platforms (Brandbot experience a plus)
Strong understanding of m arketing automatio n and workflow tools (e.g., Zapier)
Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to maintain brand voice
Demonstrated experience with data c ollection, analysis, and reporting
Familiarity with AI marketing tools and applications
Basic HTML and design skills for email template customization
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, from content creation to campaign execution
Ability to create and maintain organizational systems that ensure flawless execution
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with broader team goals
Understanding of sauna, ice bath, breathwork, or mindfulness practices
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in wellness or experience-based industry marketing
Previous startup experience
Proficiency with additional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Experience with CRM system s and customer journey mapping
Background in community building or event marketing
