Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a Product Manager (PO) to lead data integration strategy for the CMDB in a hybrid work setting. You will drive Service Graph connectors prioritization and governance, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow, CSDM, and ITIL guidance.

The candidate should have 4+ years in IT/software product management or PO roles, strong Agile experience, and hands-on skills with JIRA, Confluence, and Service Graphs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum four years of IT/software product management or PO experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in transformation contexts.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB.
• Understanding IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Rules).
• Awareness of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for integrating data sources into the CMDB.
• Prioritize Service Graph connectors by value, risk, and operational needs.
• Decide which data to integrate, retain, or exclude.
• Establish governance for data sources and reconciliation rules.
• Define the responsibilities (RACI) of the teams involved.
• Monitor testing during ServiceNow updates and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, infrastructure and operations teams.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow, CSDM, and ITIL guidance.
