Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years in IT/software product management or as Product Owner.
• Experience as a ServiceNow PO/PM.
• Hands-on with Service Graph integrations and CMDB.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices.
• Understanding of IRE rules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Drive data integration strategy into the ServiceNow CMDB and Service Graph.

Job Description

• The mandate is targeting a technical Product Owner who can drive the data integration strategy into the ServiceNow CMDB, not a generalist product manager.

• Understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context
