Job summary

COFOMO is a leading Canadian consulting firm offering digital and AI expertise. We seek an experienced Professional to deliver functional and application support for site systems, analyze incidents, manage service requests and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

You will drive testing, documentation and user training to ensure reliable, efficient platforms. Candidates should have a minimum of six years in functional/app support, strong analytical skills and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience.
• Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in functional and application support for information systems.
• Develop strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate incident management and perform root cause analyses.
• Understand application systems, integration mechanisms, data flows and digital architectures.
• Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, rigor and an excellent spirit of collaboration.
• Quickly interpret complex operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Use work and incident management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and application support for site systems by analyzing incidents, problems and requests for development.
• Coordinate the processing of service requests, establish priorities and ensure that service levels are met.
• Perform the required functional analyses and recommend corrective measures or solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, and users to resolve application challenges.
• Participate in the maintenance, evolution, validation and production activities of the systems.
• Administer access, configuration settings and reference data.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, procedures and work methods.
• Accompany users, meet their support needs and contribute to training activities.
• Plan and execute functional and integrated testing in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Follow up on fixes, deliverables and actions resulting from incidents or improvement work.
• Develop performance indicators and analyses on the quality of services and the stability of systems.
• Identify operational irritants and propose improvements that promote the reliability, performance and efficiency of solutions.
• Prevent recurring problems and contribute to the improvement of the user experience.
