Job summary

Capital One Canada is offering a Process Manager Development Program (PMDP) for new grads joining in 2027. The role emphasizes hands-on Lean/Green Belt methodology, two project rotations, and presentation to senior leaders.

You’ll join a collaborative team across Fraud, Customer Acquisitions, Payments, and more. You’ll collaborate with agile studios and data science teams to improve processes, launch new products, and drive digital transformations while benefiting from a hybrid work model and

Qualifications

• Students graduating in 2027 from an undergraduate degree or graduates of Masters programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools.
• Experience with data visualization (SQL, Tableau) and basic coding.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive process improvement agendas to increase efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead projects such as new products, digital features, automation and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with agile software studio and data science teams to create efficient processes.
• Apply leadership, communication and change management to support product launches and tech changes.
• Use Visual Management, BPM, Lean and Six Sigma to define and improve processes.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge and update documentation as needed.
• Develop QA routines and monitoring to measure performance.
