Job summary

Capital One Canada is seeking a Strategy Analyst for its Canada Analyst Development Program (CADP). You will apply analytical rigor, build business cases, and deliver in-market insights across product design, fraud, and customer management strategy.

You’ll work with SQL, Python, and visualization tools in a cross-functional team to drive customer and financial outcomes. As a new joiner, you’ll rotate across areas, learn from mentors, and contribute to cross-disciplinary projects in an agile

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2027 with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math).
• Proficiency in data analysis and a willingness to learn coding or visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform modeling/analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Develop direct-to-consumer marketing strategy to support growth objectives.
• Build targeted insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Support improvements in credit performance by analyzing drivers and testing hypotheses.
