Job summary

Capital One Canada invites driven students to join as an Intern in Process Management for Summer 2027 in Toronto. You will support lean transformation initiatives, work with cross-functional teams across marketing and operations, and apply change leadership to drive priorities and improvements.

The role emphasizes the use of Lean, Six Sigma, and process-improvement techniques to reduce variation, eliminate waste, and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or higher from an accredited Canadian University with an expected graduation date in or after 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree/master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools & methodology
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and superior analytical skills
• Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment; being flexible and open to new ideas and requirements that will enable you to thrive.
