Job summary

Capital One Canada seeks a Senior Associate, Process Management to partner with cross-functional teams across the enterprise, managing and improving processes while ensuring customer promises and regulatory commitments are met.

You will work in an agile environment, learning from Data Science, Business Analytics and Product Management while applying Lean/Six Sigma to drive efficiency and better customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years designing, building, and improving processes.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes and customer experience by applying QA and controls testing.
• Analyze process performance using data and observations.
• Document and drive process improvement with Lean/Six Sigma approaches.
• Support product launches and technology changes with leadership skills.
• Identify and mitigate risks with well-managed processes.
