Job summary

Staples Canada in Grande Prairie is seeking a retail teammate to deliver exceptional customer service and promote our print and services. You will learn all products, use the selling model to offer informed recommendations, and work with store leaders to hit sales and margin goals.

In this role, you will perform in-store print production, manage transactions at the POS, correlate print orders, and help maintain merchandising and signage standards to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize Staples selling model to recommend products and services.
• Collaborate with store leaders to meet sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Handle transactions using the POS system and support order intake/pickup for prints.
• Maintain merchandising, signage and inventory standards in print and cash areas.
