Job summary

Staples Canada in Oakville is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and learn our print products and services. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help with in-store print production and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to engage customers.
• Learn products and services to offer informed recommendations in print and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production and process print orders.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
• Handle checkout and shipping transactions using the POS system.
• Fulfill intake or pickup steps for customer orders in Print.
• Keep print and cash areas merchandised with accurate signage and stock.
