Job summary

Staples Canada in Mississauga is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to support print and everyday store services. You will deliver great service, learn our products, and use the selling model to offer informed recommendations.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with print orders, maintain stock and signage, and work with store leaders to meet sales goals. Prior retail experience and strong teamwork are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
