Job summary

Staples Canada in Brandon is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and learn our print and services to offer informed recommendations.

You will engage customers, process POS transactions (including shipping), and fulfill print orders from intake to pickup while maintaining stock and signage. A team-oriented approach and 3 months to 1 year of retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and upsell using Staples selling model.
• Handle transactions using the POS system, including shipping and marketing tools.
• Process print orders in-store from the print dashboard and at the counter.
• Ensure print and cash areas are stocked and clearly signage is maintained.
• Follow company protocols for inventory control and safety policies.
