Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain store standards. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and hands-on leadership in print and customer service areas.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, train associates, and act as a keyholder on duty, supporting programs and development across the store while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail.
• 1-2 years in a print/graphic communications environment with knowledge of graphic design.
• Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: model and coach the selling approach, supervise production and customer interactions in print and service areas.
• Sales Execution: promote flyers and promotions, maximize sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership: lead store areas including cash and print, train and mentor associates.
• Operational Excellence: maintain store brand standards in print operations.
• Training & Development: allocate time for self-development and train others.
