Estée Lauder Companies in Canada is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering inspirational, authentic customer service to achieve sales targets.

You will lead by example with coaching and mentoring, handle essential cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota. A proactive retailer with cosmetics experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Right to live and work in the country for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
