Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events; fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager for the smooth running of the store.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties on a rota.
• Coach and mentor sales team to achieve targets and high service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all store hours.
