Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Carry out cash reconciliation and ensure accurate end-of-day processes.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and manage store operations.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily leadership and store performance.
