Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets.
• Cash reconciliation experience desirable.
• Willingness to work retail hours incl. days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead by example to coach and motivate sales team.
• Deliver inspirational customer service to meet sales and service targets.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
