Pfaff Autoworks Markham is seeking an experienced Prepper to join our team. You will prepare work stations for Paint Technicians and ready vehicles by masking and taping, while maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive body shop work, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with teammates to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive body shop environment.
• Automotive body shop experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work stations with materials and parts for Paint Technicians.
• Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for repair.
• Utilize paint supplies and materials efficiently.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and daily stall cleaning.
• Ensure all work complies with safety requirements and manufacturer standards.
