Pfaff Subaru in Guelph, Ontario, is hiring a Receptionist to greet customers, answer calls, and provide information on services. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is onsite at the Pfaff Subaru dealership. The schedule includes full-time 8-hour shifts with compensation of $19.57/hour.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience in a dealership, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid Ontario driver's license. Experience with CDK and 180 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in receptionist/administrative roles in a dealership or related environment.
• Experience with licensing is preferred; familiarity with CDK and 180 is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Acceptable driver's abstract and a valid driver's license in your province of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the respective parties.
• Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to assist callers requesting information.
• Answer customer questions about services performed or refer to someone who can.
