Pfaff Automotive Partners is hiring a Service Assistant for Porsche Centre Vaughan. This full-time role supports daily service operations, greets customers, and coordinates tasks with service staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have automotive exposure, can drive a manual transmission, and possess strong English communication and teamwork skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.
• Understands verbal work orders and instructions.
• Reads material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters.
• Contacts porters to assist in daily tasks.
• Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.
• Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.
• Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.
• Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.
