Job summary

Pfaff Autoworks in Markham, ON is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Estimator for the body shop. You will identify and resolve customer concerns, estimate repairs, and communicate with insurance adjusters.

You will greet customers, conduct vehicle walkarounds, obtain repair approvals, and write estimates using estimating systems. Join us onsite in Markham as a full-time team member with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience in a call center environment is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Previous automotive experience is an asset.

Responsibilities
