Germain Hotels in Baie-Saint-Paul, QC, is looking for a Guest Service Attendant for our Nordic Spa. You will warmly welcome guests from arrival and act as spa ambassador, guiding them through their experience with a focus on wellness and relaxation.

The role involves taking reservations by phone or email, using technology, promoting spa services, entering treatments into the system, advising on spa products, handling payments and deposits, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required for written and spoken communication.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working with the public and maintain a warm, approachable style.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

The Guest Service Attendant greets, informs, and accompanies guests throughout their experience, with an approach focused on well-being and relaxation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take reservations at the Nordic Spa reception by phone or email
• Use available technologies efficiently
• Promote the Spa’s services
• Enter treatments into the designated system
• Advise guests on the various products offered in the Spa boutique
• Process guest payments
• Ensure deposits are accurate at all times
• Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety standards

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written, due to interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, and guests across Canada (an asset)
• Experience in customer service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working with the public and adopt a warm, approachable style
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
