Audi Newmarket, operated by Pfaff Auto Group, seeks a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead the premium pre-owned sales unit in Newmarket, Ontario. You will coach a high-performing team, manage inventory and pricing, and ensure a premium buying experience for clients.

You’ll drive profitability through effective lead management, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives, while developing talent and maintaining a strong customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive retail sales leadership with a track record of performance.
• OMVIC Certification is required.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing pre-owned sales team.
