Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners' Audi Vaughan location seeks an Automotive Sales Representative to deliver an exceptional luxury car-buying experience in Vaughan, Ontario. You will welcome customers, demonstrate vehicles, describe financing and ownership options, and guide buyers through the entire purchase process with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive sales, an OMVIC license, and a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid OMVIC License.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a proven sales record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and dealership lot.
• Build relationships through outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and highlight Audi features, technology, and benefits.
• Present financing, warranty, and dealership offerings with confidence and professionalism.
• Explain manufacturer and dealership policies, procedures, and ownership benefits.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery to ensure a premium handover experience.
• Deliver vehicles and review operating features, warranty coverage, and documentation.
• Support dealership sales initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
