Pfaff Automotive Partners in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a driven Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Consultant to join our premium dealership team. You will welcome guests, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, demonstrations, and ownership experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer-facing sales experience, a valid OMVIC license, and a clean Ontario driver's license. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, preferably within a luxury or premium automotive environment.
• 1 to 3 years of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Valid OMVIC License.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner.
• Build strong client relationships and identify customer needs through effective discovery and communication.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection, demonstration, and purchasing process.
• Showcase the features, benefits, and value of BMW pre-owned vehicles.
• Generate positive customer experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership products, services, financing, and manufacturer programs.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery to ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Clearly explain vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and required documentation during delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Support dealership sales initiatives and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
