Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive retail sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Mentor and develop Sales Consultants through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, creating a premium and memorable buying experience.
• Foster a customer-focused culture that prioritizes relationship building, transparency, and trust.
• Ensure proper follow-up of all prospects through effective lead management and sales processes.
• Monitor and manage department performance metrics to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of pre-owned inventory management, including acquisitions, appraisals, pricing, reconditioning, and merchandising.
• Manage inventory turn, vehicle marketing, online listings, and wholesale activities.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that support dealership objectives.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive retail sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Prior dealership management or supervisory experience considered a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, trade appraisals, and sales performance metrics.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on results and profitability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Total Rewards

Pay: CA$140,000.00 - CA$180,000.00 per year
