Job summary

Audi Newmarket, part of Pfaff Automotive Partners Inc., seeks a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, optimize profitability, and deliver an exceptional buying experience for customers in Newmarket, ON. You will mentor sales consultants, manage inventory, and drive growth through strategic sales processes.

You will oversee pricing, merchandising, and lead management while collaborating with leadership to implement effective sales strategies that align with dealership objectives.

• Must have proven leadership in automotive retail sales and experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, pricing, and performance metrics.
