Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care accounts to own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign launches, with trusted conversion tracking (GA4, tag manager and pixels) and build quarterly roadmaps.

You’ll bring strategic voice on client calls and drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and locations.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media for urgent care clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
