Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Veterinary to own paid media for veterinary clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will guide budgeting, bidding, targeting, testing, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, with a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements and agency-wide exposure across multiple clients. This role is remote with US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client data.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for veterinary accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
