Blacksmith Agency is a remote-capable AI-first digital agency focused on paid media for veterinary clients. As PPC Manager, you own paid media strategy, budgeting, and the narrative used in client discussions to drive growth and long-term relationships.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA, and pipeline metrics, and collaborate with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers in client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship management.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
