Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will coordinate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, while leveraging GA4 and pixel tracking to drive reliable results for dispersed multi-location

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns managed by you.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements for multiple clients.
• Agency experience across several clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; report narrative with the numbers.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
