Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Veterinary, to own paid media for a book of veterinary clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative on calls with clients, becoming the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive long-term growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Veterinary or multi-location experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for veterinary clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to kill campaigns.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; communicate story behind numbers to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
