Lead Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and pipeline growth. You will own 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and drive client retention and upsell discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
