Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget, bidding, testing, tracking and attribution to prove ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built, run and optimized.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics shown.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Veterinary or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and audit conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
