Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Veterinary to own paid media for veterinary clients—groups and multi-clinic practices. You drive targeting, budget decisions, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with budget allocation, bidding, testing, and attribution tracking. Strong English, agency experience, and veterinary multi-location familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multiple clients.
• Experience juggling multiple accounts in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Veterinary multi-location campaign experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media for veterinary accounts across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking with GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and report on results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
