Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Veterinary, to own paid media for veterinary clients. You will set budgets, bids, targets and narrative on performance calls, acting as the strategic voice for clients and driving long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA improvement record, and agency experience handling multiple clients, including US-based calls. This is a remote role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with veterinary or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for veterinary client books across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and communicate 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution are trustworthy (GA4, GTM, platform pixels).
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
