Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager (Veterinary) to own paid media for a portfolio of veterinary clients. This remote role serves Canada, South Africa, or the USA, and you will own targeting, budgeting, roadmap and client storytelling.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee bidding, testing and attribution, build 90-day roadmaps, and drive growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Veterinary or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for veterinary clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
