Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Veterinary, to own paid media for a book of veterinary clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative on client calls, serving as the strategic voice for campaigns.

You will manage media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, tracking, and creative testing, and drive long-term client growth with a data-driven approach. Remote work is supported for Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
