Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients. You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, bidding, and testing, and steer narratives in client calls.

As the strategic voice, you will craft 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps, analyze GA4 data, ensure accurate attribution, and drive retention and upsell across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Experience managing multiple clients within an agency.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
