Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for senior living clients. You will craft strategy, allocate budgets, and guide campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will drive ROAS improvements and own the roadmap and reporting given client needs. You will collaborate with cross-client teams, manage multi-location accounts, and engage in ongoing optimization, retention and upsell

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English for US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience in multi-location or senior-living-like businesses is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Lead the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
