Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager, Senior Living. You own paid media for a book of senior living clients, shaping strategy and roadmaps with the client on calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with focus on ROAS improvements and multi-location campaigns. Remote role across Canada, USA or South Africa, full-time.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Track record of moving ROAS or CPA numbers.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for senior living clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
