Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first digital agency looking for a PPC Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will lead targeting, budgets and the client-facing narrative.

You will design 90-day roadmaps, oversee testing and conversion tracking with GA4, and drive account growth through retention and upsell while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building, running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience in an agency environment managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for senior living accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set and defend the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps; explain numbers on calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
